The Following Hearings Have Been Scheduled:


  1. 2018 Property Tax Rate

The City of St. John will hold a public hearing on the 2018 Property Tax rate on Monday, September 17, 2018  at 7:00 p.m. at the        St. John Municipal Center, 8944 St. Charles Rock Road, 2nd floor.  At this time, all interested parties will be heard in this matter.  

The proposed 2018 Tax Rate, according to RSMo . 137., as revised in 2008, will be:

            RESIDENTIAL             AGRICULTURAL              COMMERCIAL              PERSONAL PROPERTY

              .4740 cents                    .0000 cents                      .4660 cents                          .4500 cents

per $100 of assessed value.
