It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation within the City of St. John to sell, offer for sale, expose for sale, use, discharge, or manufacture any blank cartridge, toy pistol, toy cannon or any related item or thing in which explosives are used, or firecrackers, torpedoes, sky-rockets, Roman candles, aerial salutes, bombs, electric sparklers or sparklers, colored fires, or colored torches or displays, or any other fireworks of any kind, character, or description whatsoever.
