Posted on: October 12, 2021[ARCHIVED] FALL CLEAN UP

THIS YEAR'S FALL CLEAN UP WILL BE HELD ON
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 16TH
FROM 9 AM TO 2 PM
AT THE PUBLIC WORKS GARAGE
8920 BRISTOL AVE
This is the time when the City will provide dumpsters for residents to dispose of their junk and debris that they have been collecting. The dumpsters will be placed on our back parking lot, next to the Public Works Garage, and will be available between 9am and 2pm. Public Works staff will be on hand to verify residency (show an ID that has your St. John address on it) and that the items for disposal can be placed in a landfill. Unacceptable items which may not be placed in these dumpsters include electronics (any items which have circuit boards in them), all televisions, paint, batteries, pesticides, fertilizer, railroad ties, tires, oil, gasoline, old appliances and yard waste. Residents are encouraged to come early because once the dumpsters are full, they will be removed.
