Comments, Compliments & Complaints Regarding Employee Conduct
The St. John Police Department appreciates feedback from the community on the performance of our Officers and Staff. Commendations are always passed on to employees in recognition for their service. It is also our policy to investigate allegations of misconduct by our employees on citizen complaints regarding our delivery of service.
Commendations and comments can be made to any supervisor in person, by telephone, mail or online.
Complaints or allegations of misconduct may similarly be made by contacting a supervisor. Complaints can also be made in person by telephone, mail or online.
