Street Sweeping

The street sweeper will be running through the City the first full week of each month, weather permitting. We have divided the City into 5 zones and the streets in each zone will be swept according to the following schedule:

Zone 1

Zone 1 will be swept on Monday of the first full week of each month. Zone 1 streets are:

  • Betty Lee
  • Connor
  • Endicott
  • Hilleman (off of Hume)
  • Hume
  • Kincaid
  • Melody
  • Outerbelt Court
  • Ramona
  • Renz
  • Ridgeway
  • Walton
  • Wood

Zone 2

Zone 2 will be swept on Tuesday of the first full week of each month. Zone 2 streets are:

  • Ardelia
  • Belcrest
  • Belhaven
  • Chaney Court
  • Debbie Court
  • Enger Park Court
  • Engler
  • Ginger
  • Hagner
  • Havenbrook
  • Hilleman (between North and Ardelia)
  • Hilleman (off of Engler)
  • Kitchell Court
  • Loyd
  • Madeline
  • Markdale
  • Moran
  • Norman
  • North Avenue (between McKibbon and Valleywood)
  • Rosalind
  • Thomas
  • Valleywood

Zone 3

Zone 3 will be swept on Wednesday of the first full week of each month. Zone 3 streets are

  • Bobb (Brown Road to Boswell)
  • Charlack, Roy
  • Eminence
  • Herbert
  • Janet Court
  • Killarney Court
  • Lindscott
  • McNulty (Brown Road to dead end in cul-de-sac)
  • North Avenue (Brown Road to Boswell)
  • Pallardy
  • Patrice
  • Patrick
  • Rosemore
  • St. Charles Lane
  • St. Louis Avenue

Zone 4

Zone 4 will be swept on Thursday of the first full week of each month. Zone 4 streets are:

  • Bobb (Marshall to Brown)
  • Bristol
  • Crocus
  • David
  • Ezra
  • Harry’s Lane
  • John Place
  • Kitchell (off of McKibbon)
  • Marshall Avenue
  • Marvista
  • Maryknoll
  • Mavis

  • McNulty (Brown to Marshall)

  • North Avenue (McKibbon to Brown)

  • St. Charles Lane

Zone 5

Zone 5 will be swept on Friday of the first full week of each month. Zone 5 streets are:

  • Bobb (Brown to west City limits)
  • Boswell
  • Burdella
  • Calvert
  • Central
  • Dix
  • Edmund
  • Edmundson
  • Francis Court
  • Frann Lynn Court
  • Gordon
  • Joel Court
  • Jonell Court
  • Leenora
  • Marvin Gardens
  • North Avenue (Woodson to Edmundson)
  • Ritenour Court
  • Roslan
Please make arrangements to park your car off the street on the day your street is scheduled to be swept. If the weather is rainy or otherwise inclement on the day your street is scheduled to be swept, we will not sweep the street that month.

    The information you provide regarding your camera system will be for official use only. Your personal information will remain confidential and will not be distributed except as required by law or court order. This program is entirely voluntary and you can withdraw consent to view video footage from your camera system at any time by calling the St. John Police Department. If necessary, the St. John Police Department will contact you directly, using the information you provide at the time of registration. Any footage containing or related to criminal activity collected by the St. John Police Department may be used as evidence during any stage of a criminal proceeding and registrants could be subject to court subpoena. Under no circumstances shal the registrants construe that they are acting as an agent and/or employee of the City of St. john or the St. John Police
    Department.

      Applicant Information

      The St. John Police Department offers vacation check services to its residents and the residents of the communities we contract services for. Complete and submit the form and officers will periodically conduct vacation checks on your residence as time permits. The City of St. John cannot guarantee that this will keep your home from being damaged or broken into, however, it does give added security to the homeowner and neighbors. If you prefer to request a vacation check over the phone or in person, please call (314) 427-8700 or stop in at 8944 St. Charles Rock Rd. during business hours.
